• Otherwise, take 3 tsp Manjistha Powder and 2 tsp Guggulu Powder. Mix these Powders, add ½ cup of water to about ¼ of mixture and drink it 3 times a day. This will help to reduce obesity.

FOR EXTERNAL USAGE

• Make a paste of 2 tsp of gram flour, 2 tsp of wheatgrass powder, 1 tsp of Manjistha Powder, few drops of honey and water or milk. Apply this paste for 20 min and then wash with cold water. It will help to reduce dark pigmentation.
• Manjistha Powder mixed with Turmeric and Sandalwood Powder applied on face and neck for 20-30 min will give glowing complexion.
• Mix Manjistha Powder wih Indigo Powder, Amla Powder and Henna Powder in equal proportion. Make a paste with this mixture and water. Apply it in your hairs length wise and keep it for 30 minutes. This will make your hairs strong from roots and shiny.
